Welcome to CitiOne, a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website and services operated by CitiOne in compliance with Tanzanian law.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on CitiOne's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.

All prices include VAT as required by Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations. Electronic receipts and EFD receipts will be provided for all transactions.

We provide delivery services across Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar. Our delivery and return policies comply with the Tanzania Fair Competition Act and Consumer Protection regulations.

Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. Free delivery available for orders above TZS 500,000 within Dar es Salaam.

All products sold by CitiOne come with warranties that comply with the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) and consumer protection laws.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Tanzanian consumer protection laws.

You agree not to use our service for any of the following prohibited purposes:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

In no case shall CitiOne, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any damages of any kind.

This limitation applies whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, then mediation, and finally through the courts of Tanzania. The primary venue for disputes shall be Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
